my home decorating project . . . 

new light fixture in the dining room (yes, installed by yours truly) 

 
and window treatment (one of 7 - three down, four to go!).

paint color is all new, too!  had to strip some wallpaper and border to get there!

obviously I'm pretty happy with my choices, otherwise you wouldn't be seeing them!  :)

carpet and furniture coming in a few weeks!
